Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 18:00 PM (GMT+1), Monday to Friday will be processed within our standard handling time. Orders placed after this cut-off time, on weekends, or during UK public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Handling Time

We strive to prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Our handling time ranges from a minimum of 1 business day to a maximum of 3 business days, with all order processing taking place from Monday to Friday only. Please note that we do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or UK public holidays.

Transit Time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes between 4 and 7 business days. Deliveries are carried out from Monday to Friday only, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

Taking into account both handling and transit, the overall estimated delivery time is between 5 and 10 business days from the date of order placement.

Shipping Cost

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom. There are no hidden charges for standard delivery.

Currency

All shipping and order-related transactions are processed in GBP. If you choose to pay using another currency, please be aware that your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rates or additional transaction fees, which are beyond our control.
